Sliding Scale Pricing

Townsend Career Coaching services are priced according to a sliding scale model. This is an honor system and I trust you to choose the price you are able to afford. Those of you who are able to pay the higher and middle tier of pricing help me offer an entry level price point to those who need it. Below are general guidelines to help you choose the pricing that is right for you.

tier 1

If you make less than $40,000/year:

  • Job App Essentials - $100

  • 90-minute Coaching Session - $80

  • Skills & Values - $150

  • Total Coaching Package - $600

Tier 2

If you make between $40-$70,000/year:

  • Job App Essentials - $160

  • 90-minute Coaching Session - $120

  • Skills & Values - $225

  • Total Coaching Package - $1400

TIER 3

If you make over $70,000/year:

  • Job App Essentials - $220

  • 90-minute Coaching Session - $180

  • Skills & Values - $335
